The committee Terms of Reference and a number of working documents and processes were reviewed in 2021-22. In 2024, in addition to its oversight of the of the Jean Julliard Prize, the committee oversaw the ISBT Award for Developing Countries, the Vox Sanguinis Best Paper Prize, and the new Judith Chapman Award. During its deliberations, the committee recognised that there were some opportunities for review of the prize and award regulations to bring them up to date, along with guidance documents for applicants and committee members. These have been provided to the ISBT Executive Committee for review and consideration.
