The ISBT Board of Directors, the Executive Committee and Regional Directors each met formally three times in 2025-2026 to discuss society business (twice in-person and once virtually), with additional matters discussed by email and ad-hoc on-line meetings. In Milan, prior to the European regional congress the full Board participated in an additional two-day facilitated workshop to develop ISBT strategy for 2026-2030.
